She provides leadership for teachers in her own school Professional Learning Community as well as other high school math teachers in our county. She has led countywide technology professional development for high school math teachers and she has created a wiki for online collaboration.. The site was developed to share ideas, lessons and to create a learning community amongst the high school teachers in our county. She demonstrates and models ideas for utilizing technology to teach math skills in a student centered learning environment. In addition, she has developed a countywide hybrid staff development entitled "SMART Math" which is open to all math teachers in our county.
